For either of the following two sponsorship packages, a commitment of 6 months (26 weekly shows) is normally required, with payment due upfront.
BASIC SPONSOR: $200/week
Radio promotion. You get 4 ads in each week's show, done live by the host, Jack Chambers. (Near the beginning of each of the two hours, your company is mentioned as a sponsor. Later, in each of the two hours, a 30-second ad is done for your company.)
Website promotion. Your company's logo will be featured on the show's website, HoustonAndBeyond.com, with a link to your own full page on the website, containing a description of your business, contact info, and a link to your website.
Total exclusivity. No competitor of yours will be promoted on the show, nor on the show's website, as long as you stay onboard as a sponsor.
PRIMARY SPONSOR: $300/week
All the same benefits at the Basic Sponsorship package, plus the following:
Bonus radio promotion. In addition to your 4 ads in each week's edition of HOUSTON...and Beyond!, your company's name will be mentioned in the promotional ads for the showthat are aired 10-20 times each week, between 8am and 12 midnight, on the other radio programs that are broadcast on AM 1070 The Answer.
Feature story with interview. At least one story about your business will be featured on the show during the 6-month period. The story will be at least 15-20 minutes long, and will include an interview (usually prerecorded) of the owner, a manager, or another representative of your business.
NOTE: In addition to being broadcast on the radio every week (Sundays, 4-6 pm), HOUSTON...and Beyond! is streamed live on the internet, as are all the programs on AM 1070 The Answer. Also, recent editions of the show can be listened to via HoustonAndBeyond.com, any time, day or night. So, your ads on the show, your interviews on the show, and your mentions on promotional ads for the show can all be heard on both the radio and on the internet.
